Samick Masterpiece Banjo with Case

Price: $600.00 USD

This banjo was set up and adjusted over the past week or so and has fresh, unplayed strings. The local and reputable banjo repair person said the instrument plays well and without issue.
I would characterize this instrument as a solid upper-tier student quality banjo that could also be used professionally for gigging and teaching as needed. Questions that are technical will probably be beyond me, but as mentioned, I had work done to make sure the neck is straight and fits the body as intended. In the photos, you can see the tarnish that has occurred over time and you can also note the spikes that have been installed by another, equally reputable banjo technician. The case has a broken handle, but is functional. I have attached a strap for carrying purposes and it works well enough.
If you’re interested, I’ll be glad to meet locally at a neutral location for you to check the instrument out. No shipping, cash only.
