1961 Gibson RB-100 with Yates V33 tone ring

Price: $2,200.00 USD

1961 Gibson RB-100. This one has a Yates V-33 no hole tone ring that was designed by Warren Yates and Ron Stewart—and is quite possibly the loudest banjo I’ve had yet. This banjo has been loved and played for 65 years. I’ve tried to capture its condition in the pictures. It has a new head and is set for easy picking. The action is 1/8 at the 12th fret. The sound is worth way more than I’m asking, but I need to move it to make room for the next one. ??????
