For sale, An early 90's Cox Raymond Fairchild, Gold plated. Apparently there were 100 nickel and 100 gold plated of these made from the early to mid 90's. Very few of these banjos come up for sale. I have seen them priced as high as 5500 bucks! The tension hoop and armrest are engraved. There is scarcely a mark or ding or scratch on this instrument! Very little fret wear. Spikes at A and B. Five star head, Snuffy Smith bridge. Plays great and sounds tremendous. Includes very good five string banjo case. If not happy buyer may return it. Pics should tell the story.
