Cox Kentucky-5

Price: $2,400.00 USD

Wonderful sounding banjo. This is how I always wanted the Greg Rich Granada's I've owned to sound like,,, but didn't. Just has an extra dose of sweetness to its snap, crackle and pop.

Probably could use a fret job but I've played it like this for 5 years and love it

Wonderful 3-dimensional burled maple resonator to go along with the flamed neck.

Only main issue (though not to me) is that the peg head Cox inlay has be mostly removed by a banjo tuner rubbing on it

To me it kind of looks like the cloud that is on R&T's Bill Keith models.

Favorite maple banjo I've ever owned.
