1931 TB-4 (uncut) 5 string conversion (extremely clean!)

Price: $13,000.00 USD

For sale here is a near mint 1931 GIbson TB-4 5 string conversion banjo. This banjo is extremely clean and has hardly been played in its life. The burl walnut resonator is really pretty. The rim in the banjo has never been cut and sports a sullivan conversion ring. The neck is one of the finest necks you could find made from 60+ mahogany by Ronnie Bales. The neck has basically has never been played, has a beautiful Brazilian rosewood, and two tab prewar tuners. The chrome presto has been repaired at some point in the past on the under side, but it makes the tailpiece like a tank. This is one of the cleanest TB-4 examples I've ever seen or owned. Serious inquiries only.
