SOLD Old Fretless and Inlaid Five-String Banjo For Sale, Buckbee?

Price: $525.00 USD

For sale is an 1890's or so fretless five string, with marquetry fingerboard(Bob Smakula believed it to be a Buckbee) , it currently has steel strings on it, I have never played or tuned this instrument, or changed them from what this came with-so, they are still on it. Violin style friction pegs, ball shoes, very cool engraved tailpiece, 11" spun over German Silver Rim. It seems to be pretty original, excepting the strings and the bridge. Skin head. No case, but it will be packed securely for shipping. I am only charging $25.00 for shipping, and I will pay anything over that for the lower 48 states. International pays the full bill. BTW, sorry about the blurry close ups, I haven't figured out how to take clear ones yet! Thanks for looking, and take care,
Don
