Heartland Robin Smith/1927 Gibson Conversion w/Video
Price: $3,600.00 USD
This banjo was built by the late Robin Smith. The maple neck is everything you'd expect from Robin with the craftsmanship, profile, and playability. You don't see many Robin Smith necks for sale and there's a reason for that. Robin built the pot around a 1927 Gibson TB-1 bracket/shoe rim. The hardware is American Made Banjo Co. and the maple resonator is from Steve Gill. At the heart of this banjo is a Huber HR-30 20-hole tone ring. The first seven frets have just been replaced by Casey Sullivan at Huber Banjo so this one is ready to go for a long time.
