This Boulder Colorado Ome Juniper banjo is becoming more and more sought after and features the Ome heavy rolled brass tone ring fitted to a 2-ply solid maple rim for increased response and volume. The 11” body gives a brighter, crisper tone. The abalone and mother of pearl floral inlays add elegance and beauty to this simple but graceful instrument. Serial Number 5083. This instrument features a beautifully crafted mahogany neck with a 26.25" scale length and a 1.28" nut width. The 17-fret ebony fingerboard is adorned with intricate juniper, mother-of-pearl, and abalone inlays, along with inlaid front and side position markers. A Victorian-style peghead with an ebony overlay and a boat-shaped heel capped in ebony add elegant visual touches. The neck is reinforced with a two-way adjustable truss rod and fitted with hardened nickel-silver frets, a bone string nut, and capo spikes at the 7th and 9th frets. OME planetary tuners with amber knobs ensure smooth and accurate tuning.
