This is a top tension RB-12 Gibson copy. Excellent condition as shown in photos. This banjo came about by buying parts over a period of years. Clear loud tons of projection. Plays easily with custom made neck by a Afton VA luthier. The walnut used for this neck was a piece from a friend of mine out of Franklin county VA. He had it for many years waiting to use it in a RB-12 style banjo. Feel free to call me 540-353-3595 any day or time of the week.

Tone ring maker is unknown but it’s a good one. It weighs approximately 3 lbs., and is a 20 hole standard ring.
