Brooks Masten Silverspun A-Scale Banjo

For your consideration, a silverspun, A-scale banjo made by Brooks Masten in excellent condition. This one is hard to part with, but I am trying to free up some funds for another instrument.

This banjo has an 11", silverspun pot with an electric-style tone ring. In Brooks's own words, this combination has "A lot of volume, bright, bassy and clear. They will hear you at the back of the dance. This banjo can fill a room with sound."

This banjo also features a maple rim and a walnut neck, a figured walnut overlay on the headstock, a skin head, Brooks's BB cast bronze tailpiece, and an armrest that appears to be ebony.

This banjo has an A-scale, which measures a little over 24.5". The nut width is slightly wider than 1.24". The neck profile has a slight V to it and is nice and very comfortable.

The banjo is in excellent condition with only the faintest signs of wear. The medium frets are in great condition as well. This banjo will ship in its arched, hardshell case, which is in excellent condition as well.
