J.B.Schall 12 1/4" Pot, 28 1/4" Scale-Good Player with Functional HSC

Price: $725.00 USD

Lots of good things about this big banjo: beautiful metalwork on peghead, heel cap, and fretboard stars. The neck angle has been adjusted to good playable height. All the pegs hold firmly and it has a new set of LaBella 17s. The neck has a peghead repair (the reason for the low price) and then totally refinished very nicely. The repair cannot be felt. It has two missing brackets and also some fretboard dots. The metal piece on the end of the fretboard is also missing. I don't have the time (or talent) to clean and finish off this beauty, so out she goes. Perhaps you have the wherewithal to fill the gaps but enjoy playing it in the meantime.
The case is solid, shabby and a bit too large.
